The Human Resources & Compensation Committee is responsible for assisting the Board in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities to:

  • set the compensation of the President & CEO
  • negotiate, enter into and administer the employment contract of the President & CEO
  • conduct the annual performance review of the President & CEO
  • establish corporate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • review the organization’s HR program and total compensation philosophy
  • ensure an adequate succession plan for the President & CEO is in place

Christopher was elected to FP Canada Board of Directors in June 2021. Over the course of his career, Christopher has served on numerous boards and currently sits on the Research Ethics Board of St. Michael’s Hospital.
