The Joint Strategy Committee is comprised of members from the FP Canada™ Board of Directors and the Institute of Financial Planning Board of Directors.

The purpose of the Joint Strategy Committee is to:

  • share strategic discussions to the extent approved by each respective Board
  • take on selected joint governance matters
  • be responsible for other items as determined by each party's Board

Julie Raîche is the Vice President of Personal Banking for Eastern Québec at one of Canada's largest banks. In this role, they are responsible for driving regional growth, increasing market share through strategic initiatives, ensuring client satisfaction in a digital landscape, with advise approach and maintaining the Bank’s presence in the community. Julie has a strong background in transformation strategies and distribution models, having previously served as Leader for these areas within the retail division.

Julie is also dedicated to professional and community involvement. They are a member of Audit and Finance committee at FP Canada™ and have served as chair of the Institut québécois de planification financière (IQPF). Julie is actively engaged in charitable activities, including contributions to Maison Source bleue, the Défi des générations of the Fondation de l’Hôpital Charles-LeMoyne, and the Fondation de l’Hôpital Hôtel-Dieu de Lévis. Currently, she is making a impact through her involvement with the Laurent Duvernay Tardif Foundation. 

Julie is actively engaged in mentoring young women pursuing careers in finance.
