The Joint Strategy Committee is comprised of members from the FP Canada™ Board of Directors and the Institute of Financial Planning Board of Directors.

The purpose of the Joint Strategy Committee is to:

  • share strategic discussions to the extent approved by each respective Board
  • take on selected joint governance matters
  • be responsible for other items as determined by each party's Board

Léa is Regional Vice-President of Wealth Management at Financière des Professionnels. She is responsible for coaching, training, and mobilizing a team of wealth management advisors and associates in the Montreal and Laval region.  

Prior to her current role, Léa held management positions in large Canadian financial institutions, including the Bank of Montreal, National Bank, and Scotiabank. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.A.A.) in finance and entrepreneurship from McGill University and a dual executive MBA from Université Paris-Dauphine and UQAM.  

Léa is a professional financial planner certified by the Institut québécois de planification financière (IQPF). She is also a member of the Ordre professionnel des administrateurs agréés du Québec.
