Aravind Sithamparapillai, CFP
2025 Recipient of the FP Canada Emerging Leader Award

Aravind Sithamparapillai is a financial planner with Ironwood Wealth Management Group, where he has worked for the past five years. In 2025, he achieved first place nationally on the CFP exam, earning him a spot on the FP Canada™ President’s List.

In his financial planning practice, Aravind focuses in large part on serving midwives. He’s also developed a reputation for helping business owners and other high-needs clients navigate complex financial circumstances. He’s also a member of the Financial Planning Association of Canada (FPAC), where he volunteers on the communications committee and serves as social media and communications lead.

Additionally, Aravind gives back to his community through various volunteer positions, which include sitting on the investment committee of a local non-profit and coaching kids’ sports. The latter affords him new opportunities to connect with his children.
