The Conduct Review Panel’s purpose is to support the fulfilment of the professional-oversight mandate of the FP Canada Standards Council™ by reviewing staff reports and determining the appropriate disposition of complaints, in the public interest. The Conduct Review Panel issues Guidance to the Profession as required.

These notices to the profession are opportunities for the Conduct Review Panel to inform financial planners certified by FP Canada about types of conduct that are of concern, and give them direction with the goal of informing and guiding future conduct.

Dino is the Vice-President, Product Partnerships, at Conquest Planning Inc., and has worked in the financial services industry for over 20 years. In his current role, he partners and collaborates with existing and future fintechs, associations and colleges/universities to enhance the overall financial planning experience. He also manages the content team to produce collateral that enhances the overall user experience.

Dino previously held several field facing and head office positions at one of Canada’s largest insurers where he was responsible for equipping advisors with financial planning and advice content, tools, and processes. Dino also led and managed a national team of financial planning consultants. 

Dino has held several volunteer roles with FP Canada™, most recently as a member of the Competency Profile Review Taskforce.
