Chris Guarino is a seasoned financial services professional with over 17 years of experience in compliance, risk management, and advisor support. As Director of Compliance at IG Wealth Management, he leads national supervision teams across insurance, financial planning, mortgage, and banking, ensuring regulatory integrity while supporting business growth.

Known for his pragmatic leadership and collaborative approach, Chris has successfully guided teams, improved processes, and partnered with senior leaders and regulators on strategic initiatives. He began his career as a Financial Consultant, earning multiple awards for mentorship and client service.

Chris holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Manitoba and is a Certified Financial Planner® professional. He is also active in his community, volunteering as a youth coach and financial literacy educator.
